QUALITY POLICY OF CIFF
The business objectives of CIFF are -
- To maintain CIFF as a recognised freight forwarding company in Hong Kong that offers comprehensive sea/air freight solutions to our customers with consistently high quality services and at competitive prices;
- To continue to develop new markets and build on our global network of services.
To achieve these objectives, it is our quality policy that we -
- Meet and exceed our external and internal customer's quality, schedule and cost requirements, and applicable regulatory requirement.
- Work to our approved Quality Management System and continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System to enhance customer satisfaction.
- To carry out regular reviews of the Quality Management System to ensure it¡¦s continuing suitability and effectiveness in meeting requirement of ISO9001.
- Train and develop our staff to build a highly efficient team.
CIFF has been ISO9002:1994 certificated since 11 January 1996 and revised to ISO9001:2000 certificate on 5 September 2003.
